Japan and More: How You Can Help Animals During Natural Disasters
For 30 years, PETA has saved countless wonderful animals in the U.S. and around the world through the efforts of our Animal Emergency Fund. This vital fund gives us the means to respond to all sorts of disasters, from fires to floods to hurricanes. It also helps us provide crucial information on how to safeguard animals before disaster strikes and allows us to provide vital assistance (sometimes sending rescuers, veterinarians, and experts to where they are needed and acting as a clearinghouse of information on lost animals) when animals urgently need our help, as they did following Hurricane Katrina.
Please take a moment to support PETA’s critical work for animals who are facing disaster or experiencing its aftermath. Your special gift will be a lifeline of support to animals who are suffering in Asia and wherever else there is an urgent need.
